The fall meeting of MoRAST was held September 22-23, 2010 at the Rushmore Holiday Inn in Rapid City, South Dakota. The final agenda, minutes and several PowerPoint Presentations related to MRAPS, USACE Missouri River Operations, MRERP, Climate change and other issues can be found below.

Meeting summary: The meeting was well attended by representatives of the States and Tribes, as well as key representatives of Federal agencies, stakeholders and others. Col. Robert Ruch, Commander, USACE Omaha District, and Lamar McKissack, Project Manager for the Kansas City District provided an update the Missouri River Authorized Purposes Study (MRAPS), and other agencies provided their perspectives on the study. See www.mraps.org for more information on the study. Other topics included Missouri River water management, the Missouri River Ecosystem Restoration Study and climate change. In addition, the meeting included a MoRAST business session where the current officers were re-elected for 2011, as noted in the March 16, 2010 summary.
